We are experienced working with HOA managers, boards, architectural committees, construction consultants and more to coordinate various needs and requests to arrive at a successful conclusion for everyone. We are available to give presentations or status updates at HOA meetings and take boards on a job walk.

HOAs may be townhouse and condo complexes, or community areas of single-family associations (including entryways, pedestrian entrances, clubhouse/pool areas, security/guard gates). We are pleased to be on the recommended vendor list for vast numbers of HOAs in Southern California because of our knowledge, experience, and reputation.

We are sensitive to the needs of the rental population and understand that a greater number of people in a smaller area presents unique challenges. We work closely with owners/managers to coordinate their project, with our supervisor also forging a strong relationship with the on-site manager, ensuring maximum productivity with minimal interference to residents. We strive toward the least amount of disruption to the lives of residents as possible (this applies to HOAs as well). Our trucks and crews are easily identifiable to eliminate any security concerns.

These large projects are long-term relationships that will last for months or years. It’s important for you to feel comfortable with the team you’re working with and to have a strong bond. Our goal is to make life as easy as possible for the property manager, HOA manager, apartment owner, or homeowner. When we do our job right, the project is straightforward and easy to manage.

Our business-to-business attitude translates in our crews conducting their work in a way that is not an impediment to our commercial clients getting their work done and staying profitable.

Tenants have unique needs that are different from an HOA or other clients. Commercial facilities are high-traffic and our expertise with various products is valuable as we have the knowledge to select the appropriate product for the location and traffic volume.

Commercial projects usually mean big structures that need to be painted quickly and efficiently, but there are also many small details like a parking structure with hundreds of light poles, or trimming around signage. We have the knowledge and expertise to take care of it all.
